(Via foodmag.com.au) On 4th of November the ARC training centre for the Australian food processing industry in the 21st Century (ARCFPTC) was officially launched at the University of Sydney. Food has become big business in Australia in the last decade, but the processed food market has come under pressure from international competitors. It is hoped that the new centre will enhance Australia’s ability to compete in an increasingly global market.
